Autonomous Drone Technology Designed to Save Lives

Our solution is in a proof of concept stage. The solution incorporates drone technology that delivers time-sensitive, life-saving medical supplies in underserved, third-world, challenging infrastructural environments. Our American-made technology has the potential for a global reach. Our initial project, in partnership with The Asclepius Snakebite Foundation (ASF), revolves around delivering Snake Antivenin in West Africa.

According to the ASF, in 2017 the World Health Organization listed snakebite as the highest priority neglected tropical disease, but the global effort to address it is only just beginning to gather momentum. Talon is partnered with ASF to develop a solution to autonomously deliver antivenin and blood to remote locations in order to save lives and prevent disability. This project exemplifies the innovative teamwork of Talon Launch to field low-cost, intuitive highly reliable platforms for an unusually unique situation.
